I previous wrote about the Fall 2012 Collection here but wanted to revisit the Collection.  Dean Quinn is talented and skillful.  His use of color blocking, accessories and bold colors are beautiful.

Barbara Bui's Spring/Summer 2013 Collection had plenty of black but had sheers, prints and stylized embellishments.  

"Black is always there, but I wanted this to be strong and refreshing," said Bui.  

"Simplicity is not always easy, " Barbara explained to a small audience backstage, nor is it minimalism.
